Shipping Rates
FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S. ORDERS OVER $200
Mirai Card Shop is dedicated to offering a fair, flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all customers on sealed Japanese Pokemon product. This covers shipments to states close to California, and we take a small loss on profits for shipments to the Midwest and East Coast to get you a cheaper price.
Shipment Processing Time:
Same-day shipping is possible for orders placed before 2PM Pacific Time Monday-Friday. All other orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless stated otherwise. The post office is closed on Sundays, meaning Saturday evening + Sunday orders are shipped out Monday.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if a service with tracking is selected at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please reach out to us at info@miraicardshop.com so we can keep you satisfied and ensure your package gets moving!
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Mirai Card Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delivery Claims and Lost/Stolen Packages
Mirai Card Shop does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages.
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier within their allotted time frame for filing a claim. Mirai Card Shop will cooperate with you and the carrier to provide as much information as reasonably possible, but the customer is responsible for initially filing the claim. Note that claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
If your package is not marked as delivered or has been returned to sender by USPS (or any other mail carrier used for delivery), please e-mail info@miraicardshop.com to solve the issue. Please note that once a package receives a carrier scan, Mirai Card Shop is no longer liable for your package and you are not entitled to a refund unless the package is returned with all of its contents unaltered and intact. However, Mirai Card Shop will always strive to reach an amicable solution with the customer.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We pay all import tariffs on our Japanese Pokemon product from card shops and suppliers in Japan to provide as simple of a checkout process as possible to our customers.
However, Mirai Card Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, such as tariffs, taxes, etc.
