Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only offer shipping to the United States. However, we are working to lower our costs so that we can offer shipping to more areas!
What is your cancellation policy?
You may request a cancellation 24 hours before we ship your order, otherwise we may not be able to honor your cancellation. Please note there is a processing fee that is deducted from your refund. Do you offer free shipping?
While we do offer promotions for free shipping, standard orders have a shipping cost. Because we import from Japan have to pay tariffs under the current U.S. administration, unfortunately we cannot eat the entire cost for shipping. This may change in the future!
How long will it take to get my order?
We try to ship out orders promptly with same-day shipping or 1 business day from purchase depending on what time of day the order is placed (with the exception of pre-orders).
Depending where you are, orders with Standard shipping usually take 3-7 business days to arrive. We are based in Southern California so orders near us may arrive quicker than expected!
If you do not receive a tracking number after 3 business days from your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you have a physical location/offer local delivery?
We are only an online store based in Southern California. Since we are still small, you may reach out about local delivery or meetup, but it is unlikely.
