Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only offer shipping to the United States.

However, if you would like shipping internationally the best way people request a custom order is through Instagram DMs (@miraicardshop).

Do note that many of these requests do fall out because people are surprised at how expensive international shipping is. If we can lower our costs in the future, international shipping is something we would like to work towards!

What is your cancellation policy?

You may request a cancellation before we ship your order. Orders are usually shipped every day (except Sunday) at 9am in the morning and at 4pm Pacific time.

We will not be able to honor your cancellation once your package is handed off to USPS/UPS. Please note there is a processing fee that is deducted from your refund. By cancelling an order, you agree to these terms. For more info on our policies, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

Do you offer free shipping?

While we do offer free shipping over $200, standard orders below that subtotal have a shipping cost. Because we import from Japan have to pay tariffs under the current U.S. administration, unfortunately we cannot eat the entire cost for shipping. This may change in the future!

How long will it take to get my order?

We try to ship out orders promptly with same-day shipping or 1 business day from purchase depending on what time of day the order is placed (with the exception of pre-orders).

Depending where you are, orders with Standard shipping usually take 3-7 business days to arrive. We are based in Southern California so orders near us may arrive quicker than expected!

If you do not receive a tracking number after 3 business days from your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you have a physical location/offer local delivery?

We are only an online store based in Southern California. Since we are still small, you may reach out about local delivery or meetup, but it is unlikely.
