Return Policy
Due to the nature of the trading card & collectibles industry, we do not offer returns.
Unfortunately, that means returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with exterior packaging blemishes (including but not limited to snags or small tears in the shrink wrap) are not possible. However, if an item arrives severely damaged or not as described, you may reach out to info@miraicardshop.com and we will do our best to make it right by reaching an amicable solution.
Mirai Card Shop is not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents which can include but is not limited to the following:
- Small rips to plastic shrink wrap
- Dings on corners of the packaging
- Scuffs to the plastic
- Other visual imperfections to the packaging material
The contents are packaged by the manufacturer and any indiscretions is out of our control. However, we inspect every product we sell to ensure it does not have significant tears in the original packaging, minimizing the likelihood of bad product reaching our customer.
Refund Policy
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when an initial transaction is made.
For cancellations, please email info@miraicardshop.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #(Your order number here)"
If your package is not marked as delivered or has been returned to sender by USPS (or any other mail carrier used for delivery), please e-mail info@miraicardshop.com to solve the issue. Please note that once a package receives a carrier scan, Mirai Card Shop is no longer liable for your package and you are not entitled to a refund unless the package is returned with all of its contents unaltered and intact. However, Mirai Card Shop will always strive to reach an amicable solution with the customer.
